About the job
We are looking for a compassionate communication coach to work one-on-one with an adult client on the autism spectrum who has a strong passion for character design. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching art particularly in character creation, comics and preferably some background working with neurodivergent individuals. The client enjoys talking about original stories and drawing the characters from those narratives. We're seeking someone who can support both communication and creative expression by helping the client imagine stories and co-create artwork based on those ideas. Sessions would be held once or twice a week for 60 to 90 minutes, depending on availability. We are looking for a coach who can either offer a quiet, private space for the sessions or assist in securing an art studio rental (costs will be covered).
