About the job
We are looking for a regular or occasional weekday caregiver for our 21-year-old daughter who has severe autism for one or two weekdays are from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Our daughter is non-verbal, needs help with feeding and bathing and is in a diaper.. She has a seizure disorder and we are looking for somebody comfortable with managing her seizures including giving her a rescue medication when necessary. Her behaviors include screaming sometimes to get her needs met, non compliance and pacing when she is in an agitated phase. She is often on the go but also loves to cuddle on the couch and read, listen to music or go for walks We are a warm and loving family and are appreciative of our caregivers.
