About who needs care: Flexible hours 10-12 per week with possibility for 20. Looking for Accountability Coach for my independent loving brother who is highly functioning on the Autism spectrum. He lives alone the apartment in UTC & drives. If you have worked with adults on the spectrum, we are interested in meeting with you! Ideal person will assist him with daily life helping him with: social skills/cues, daily reminders (i. e. clean sheets, towels, take walks), finding other activities, making healthy food choices, managing his budget, encourage exercise (maybe take walks with him). If you want more hours, we could add 8 hours a week to assist with meal planning, grocery shopping, and meal prep. About the care needs: Prior experience with adults on the spectrum would be a plus! Candidate must be kind, patient, caring, empathetic.
