Position for an experienced female direct support specialist for a structured, individualized, therapeutic day program designed for our active, social & youthful daughter w Neurological D/A. Involves assuring that her daily schedule is effectively supported and implemented, maintain conditions that support good mood regulation, hands on support as needed, calm & supportive oversight enabling supervised independence, personal care & hygiene, grocery planning & shopping, meal preparation, transportation, support & model good, appropriate social behaviors, researching & creating fun activities that engage her interests. (Art, Music, Theater, Dance) Shift hours: M T W 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Plus 2 Saturday evenings each month.
