Hello! I'm looking for a kind, patient, and trustworthy babysitter for my 11-year-old daughter who is autistic with a speech delay. She is bright, creative, fun loving child who thrives with someone who truly understands and respects her needs. I'm looking for someone who has experience working with autistic children. Who is gentle, playful, understanding, and patient. And can provide a safe, supportive, and calm environment in our home. Also someone who enjoys fun, low pressure activities like drawing or watching TV with her. She is a bit older so she doesn't need you to be near her the whole time, she will either be right next to you or do her own thing in her room.
