Caregiver/Personal Assistant/Community Connector Looking for a new caregiver/personal asst/community connector to complement our amazing 26-year-old daughter's team, at home in old Elk Grove and out in the community. She is a bright, self-determined person who has intellectual and physical disabilities, and uses a tablet communication device. She loves live music, frequenting community events, swimming at the gym, going in her hot tub and meeting up with friends. She is very close with her family with whom she lives. You are strong, flexible, funny, boisterous, organized, don't mind big hugs, loud music, going in the pool and just having fun. You are patient, kind, and very dependable. You believe in community inclusion and that everyone belongs. Willing to learn some ASL is a plus.
