About the job
My daughter is 8 years old with cerebral palsy and is non-verbal. She uses a wheelchair and will need assistance with diaper changes. She may hit herself on the head when dysregulated but responds well to redirection using her sippy cup or calming sensory input like gentle squeezes on her head, arms, or legs. She's sweet, curious, and enjoys relaxing with music or a favorite show. She's able to shift her body on her own for comfort. Looking for someone patient, attentive, and ideally with special needs experience. Female caregiver preferred.
