About the job
We are looking to build a long-term relationship with a dedicated and compassionate caregiver who has a passion for working with individuals with special needs. ABA experience is a plus but not required. Our 20-year-old daughter attends a year-round school, and we need help after school, occasional weekends, and when her school is closed. The position could range from 10 to 30 hours per week, depending on availability and need. She primarily uses a wheelchair for mobility, so some lifting may be required. She has her own accessible van and loves being out in the community: going out to eat, bowling, and enjoying other activities.
