Seeking A Neurodiverse Affirming Caregiver In Tacoma

We currently need help Monday through Friday from 2-6 p.m. 2-3 p.m. is for daily chores; 3-6 p.m. is for activities with a curious, affectionate, bright unschooled little boy who loves connection and play. Please note: we do not do "behavior modification" or ABA "therapy." We are a neurodiverse affirming home and believe that disability is part of normal human experience. We would love someone with the same values, or at least willing to learn and practice co-regulation and respectful communication.
