About the job
Naomi is a sweet, cooperative 27-year-old nonverbal female with autism and developmental disabilities. Ambulatory, but requires gentle guidance and supervision for safety. Assistance needed with all personal care and ADLs. Daily outings with provider vehicle required, including walks, and lunch. OT in Puyallup Tuesdays at 1:30 weekly. Previous caregiver was with us for 7 years. Candidate will need to either be employed, or become employed by a DSHS contracted agency, or work for or be hired by Consumer Direct Care of Washington (CDWA) as an independent provider. Week 1: Monday-Wednesday 7:00 to 6:30, and Thursday 7:00 to 4:00. Week 2: Tuesday-Thursday 10:00-6:00, and Friday 7:00-6:30. Weekly schedules alternate.
