About the job
We are looking for a part time caregiver to help care for our teenage non-verbal daughter with a diagnosis of Autism and cognitive disabilities. We'd like someone who can work 2-3 days a week(Sun, Mon, Tue) , and occasional days or nights on the weekends a few times a month. When summer and fall comes around we may need you to pick her up from camp and bring her home. We have an ABA team that comes 3-4 days during the week so you'll have an opportunity to work alongside of them. Calli is typically a fun and easy-going girl, that likes her routine and schedule. Occasionally, she may become physically agitated so your patience and assertiveness will help her get through it. She enjoys swimming and we are within walking distance from the rec center with a pool. We also have a fun loving Lab, so hope you love dogs too!
