About the job
I need a person who will be able to commit to caring for me. I have a terminal lung disease and need a lung transplant. When accepted as a transplant plant patient by the transplant board, I will be on call to receive a transplant at any time and my care giver will be on call with me. This means that you must stay in the area, and vacation time and family time will be interrupted. The ideal candidate would be a retired RN, LPN or Medical assistant, but I will accept anyone who is willing to learn how to give the necessary care. My wife and I could use someone around the house once or twice a week for 4-5 hours if you need the extra money. I am a 70 or old married white male. The transplant and all necessary training would take place in Richmond and may require you to stay overnight. All expenses would be paid for. Starts 12/18.
