Physically Disabled Male In 30s And On Medicaid Waiver, Seeking Part Time Caregiver

Schedule may vary, as I also have other caregivers. You must be comfortable lifting/transferring me, I'm about 150 pounds, and I am strong enough to provide a bit of assistance, but I need medium/moderate amount of help with most transfers. Examples of transfer scenarios include- from wheelchair to toilet and back; from bed to wheelchair and from wheelchair to bed. I need help changing pants and underwear. You must face a background check and have a clean driving record. I need you to be able to drive me places using my wheelchair accessible van. Might need help traveling. Might need help showering, as well.
