Job Requirements: - Full training w/team on daily needs and being a Communication Regulation Partner, CRP (How client "speaks" in conversation) She is verbal/not conversational, is easily understood -Work w/client in home, community, group settings -Client has own apartment. -Work w/team on projects -Drive to classes & activities -Engage in physical activities -Help w/household: cooking, cleaning, chores -Find JOY in each day, Hours: Flexible after 1:15 weekdays -1:15-7 p.m. M-F -10am-9 p.m. weekends Compensation: -$17. 65/hr training -$22. 00 - 1:1 w/client -$25-$32/hr when fully trained & while working as a CRP -$. 32/mile if driving own car -Paid professional training -Team meetings
