Needed Special Needs Caregiver In Saratoga Springs

Looking for a caregiver for my 18-year-old son with complex healthcare needs (Cognitive Disabilities, Mobility Challenges, Developmental Delays, Cerebral Palsy, Speech Delay, Spinal Cord Injury, Hydrocephaly, Seizure Disorder, Epilepsy) in Saratoga Springs. He is non verbal and non ambulatory, and requires assistance with all aspects of care. We just moved here from Pennsylvania and are looking for someone who is comfortable caring for a child with his healthcare needs on an as needed basis to help cover my work schedule/other children's activities in addition to some respite care when we fly back to PA for holidays/vacations/etc. Willing to teach/train someone if interested.
