We are looking for a caregiver with experience/passion for people with these types of challenges, able to both assist with the honing of his life skills (toileting, fine motor skills, behavior), and also to play with and entertain him. There are obviously many additional tidbits to know about him and things I haven't mentioned, but I don't want to dump our life story into this message in the interest of your time! My son is in the HCS Medicaid Waiver program, so he is provided hours by the state that are used for the purpose of hiring a caregiver. We are currently utilizing the program provider FMS Solutions for the fulfillment of our sons' services payments, so you would need to set up through that company to receive payment, but it's an easy process, the same as an intake at a normal business. The pay would be 20 an hr. Thanks!
