Need Help With 33-Years-Old Son Who Has Autism

I'm looking for a part-time person to work with my son who has autism approx. 9am-5 p.m. on Wednesday, Friday, and possibly every other weekend. (We may adjust days and/or hours as necessary for your schedule). My son is a great person who requires some supervision to keep him focused and on-task. It's a pretty easy job. I'm interested in someone who will keep him busy with various fun activities and will also help him gain more independence. CPR training is a must. Paid vacation and bonuses paid periodically which bump up the pay rate. Must pass background check. Experience with individuals with special needs is also very important by not necessary.
