Personal Care Assistant

I'm a 51 yr old quadriplegic, looking for a home health care assistant. Prefer. Someone with experience, but willing to train right person. Need someone to help me get up in the mornings, dress, personal care, etc. then help me get in bed in the evenings. I'm easy to get along with, and work for.
