About the job
Job is up to 40 hours weekly for one person, up to 50 hours for two people. Pay can be negotiated, but the higher the pay, the less hours I can offer unfortunately. He is very smart and verbal but is quadriplegic and needs help with basic activities of daily living. He spends his day in a motor wheelchair and loves video games and walks outside. He's 19 and would love to have an assistant who could be like a friend to him. The job is actually very easy and flexible. The biggest tasks are transferring from bed to chairs with my help and a bit of cleaning up after him. I am retired and partially disabled myself, so I am usually around with short exceptions. You can bring school or other work to do during down times. Salary is paid mostly by insurance but supplemented by us best we can. If you have other questions, please let me know!
