Needed Special Needs Caregiver In Houston

Hello! Ryan and I are looking for a kind, fun, and responsible caregiver. Ryan is 27 years old and lives with me (Robyn) and his step-father . Non-verbal (uses assistive tech to communicate) and Autistic. He is a big sweetie and mostly entertains himself. Ryan's caregivers are usually with us a very long time and become like family to us so we take the whole process of finding a new one very seriously. I would ideally like someone who has availability on the weekends so I can run errands, go out with my husband or work in the yard. Boring stuff like that. The days and times I have noted are just an idea of when a break would be appreciated.
