Austin Caregiver Needed For Mostly-independent Teen With A Disability

Looking for a reliable part-time caregiver for teen / young adult with a disability. Will be mainly to advise / supervise to keep young adult on-task while doing activities of daily living. Prefer if caregiver has experience with the disability community and helping children / young adults with disabilities and autism. Prefer caregiver who is flexible with scheduling if needed, and is open to being given direction/ feedback from myself and teen (is attending college program) about how you can best support teen with disability.
