She is a bright and curious child who thrives with structure, understanding, and support tailored to her needs. Responsibilities: - Provide one-on-one care and support, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. - Engage in activities that promote social interaction, communication, and play. - Help manage sensory sensitivities or behavioral challenges with appropriate techniques. - Collaborate with the family to implement strategies and routines that work best for our daughter. Qualifications: - Previous experience working with children with autism or special needs. - Training in ABA, speech therapy, or occupational therapy (preferred but not required). - Familiarity with communication tools or AAC
