PASS Worker For PDA 9 Y O In Barrington - Flexible Schedule Looking for a creative, flexible person to help my PDA/autistic son pursue his interests. He is PDA - not your typical autistic child - and requires a flexible approach. We need someone who can work patiently, keep their emotions well regulated, and build his trust. I am happy to consider people with different backgrounds or less experience if they are the right personality fit. Our schedule is flexible but ideally 10 hours per week.
