Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? Join us as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Helping Hands Family (HHF) and provide personalized, play-based ABA therapy to help children reach their developmental milestones. *HHF is Great Place to Work Certified in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024.* What You'll Be Doing: Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community. Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement. Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress.
