About the job
Hello! My name is Ben, and I am a recent graduate of Penn Law and Wharton who has T-10 complete paraplegia. Currently, I am looking for several personal assistants to help me with activities of daily living throughout the week and weekend for the remainder of the summer until September when I move to NYC. To detail the position, I am looking for individuals to help with my morning (8-11 AM) and evening (8:00-10:00 PM) routines. Please note that I live in an apartment building approximately two blocks from Penn Law in University City. Some of the duties include dressing, drying, minor transfer assistance, wound care, toileting, and miscellaneous activities (laundry, cleaning, etc.). I will provide training in all duties requested (as needed). Compensation is $20/hr.
