I'm looking for in-home pediatric nursing care for our two-and-half month old daughter. Our baby was born with a single ventricle heart and also has a temporary trach due to issues getting her extubated. We've been at Hospital in Pittsburgh since she was born, and we're finally getting close to going home!!
