Long-term Split-shift Care For A 15-yo Nonverbal Autistic Boy; Westlake; $25-30/hr

We're looking for someone to take over the split shift care for our 15-yo nonverbal autistic son. Our ideal candidate could work the following schedule for most of the year when he's in school: - M: 6:30a-8:00a and 3:30p-7:30p - T-F: 6:30a-8:00a and 3:30p-6:30p On school holidays, snow days, and the 8 weeks/year he's off school, we need full-time help--eg, 8:30a - 6:30p. We are quoting rates for live-out work, but we could assemble a compensation package for live-in that would work out really well for a student or someone with other part-time or remote work.
