Caregiver For Physically Disabled Daughter.

Looking for a caregiver to assist physically disabled daughter with cerebral palsy Age 15. Verbal and cognitively age appropriate but needs help with daily living skills. Transferring, lifting from wheelchair. Manage meals, and prepare. Daily grooming including help with brushing teeth, bathing, dressing and bathroom assistance. School work, planning and learning. Transportation to/from PT. Companionship. She's a sweet, fun girl who loves the outdoors, plays adaptive basketball, baseball. She likes scrapbooking, crafts, and music is her jam!
