Hi, my name is Emma. I'm 29 years old and I use a power chair. I'm looking for someone who can provide me with assistance Monday Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3 pm-12 a.m. Thursday from 3 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. -7 p.m. in East Setauket. I can stand and pivot with complete assistance for all transfers. I need assistance with showering, dressing, and all meal preparation. I have 2 cats in my home and smoking is not allowed in my home.
