About the job
We need someone who can work: 2-3 Saturdays a month to start. Saturdays are going to mainly be 3pm-9 p.m. (or you can do one 3-9 Sat and another 10-4 Sat). This job is both rewarding and great for those who like helping special needs families. Our teen (18 in June) is classically autistic and very fun to spend time with. The role is a personal assistance role and will pay through an agency (taxes taken out but very good pay and benefits). This job is long term ( 1 year at least) and we look for consistency ( we need reliable, on time and healthy people who do not call out). We live in BK. A car is a plus but not required. The role will include domestic component (light housekeeping, self care and being a companion) Many more opportunities to make money (school vacations and holidays). Please have some experience with autistic population.
