This job pays through agencies but market pay (some benefits for an hourly job) after taxes. We are looking for someone (with a reliable car) who can drive our son and his therapist while being a support for our son who is a great teen with autism. This is a sitter-personal assistant role and long term. The job does require some light cleaning, dishes, laundry, etc. for the home. It may also require driving on one Sunday a month (stipend given for gas). Our team has 2 other caregivers so you would be part of a team to cover the month's weekends. I believe we can offer 2 days a month to begin with. The hours can span from 6 hours a day to 7 hours a day. Happy to give more details. A variety of hours can be offered.
