About the job
We are a friendly and easy going family, with 16-year-old twins, each having different disabilities. We are looking for a nanny for a 16-year-old, high functioning autistic boy. Care will primarily be after school, with occasional before school, and evenings and/or weekends to allow for occasional nights out for my husband and I. This position will start out a couple of days a week, eventually working up to full time when we find the right person. If there are any night or weekends it will include our 16-year-old daughter, who has intellectual disabilities, but is very sweet and easy. We are looking for someone with patience, yet firm and direct. Having clear boundaries is VERY IMPORTANT. Requirements Valid drivers license Proof of insurance No smoking or vaping Experience with special needs kids and autism a plus
