Looking for an experienced energetic individual to work with my non-verbal 27-yo son with autism in our home and the community. The main goal of the work is caring for his well-being, show him the wonders of our world using natural opportunities, increasing his communication skills and level of independence. Responsibilities: Engage in activities/listening/conversation. Teach functional communication and daily living skills. Facilitate participation in recreational activities (exercise, walks, books, etc.) General supervision Basic food and material preparations Ensure safe, healthy and clean-living environment. Qualifications: Creative, affectionate, playful and engaging, communicate clearly and concisely, ABA and community experience. Flex Schedule-1 weekend day needed* Qualified individuals with bachelor degree $32/h.
