Personal Care Assistant

I am a 60-year-old quadriplegic that needs daily assistance in the evening. I would need somebody to come to my home and help me get into my bed. I may also need assistance (on a limited basis) during the week and on the weekends with my bathing, dressing and mobility and then again in the evening with putting me back into my bed. I am also currently in the process of scheduling several doctor's appointments and will need rides to and from these appointments once they have been scheduled.
