Note::N95 level MASKing required /disclosure of exposures, illness, etc. We will not compromise, and have no interest in debate. Seeking a Covid-Aware/Cautious neurodiversity affirming professional who uses one or all of the following approaches: Low Demand, DIR- Floortime, Declarative Language AND/ Or is willing to learn about them/ accept feedback. We are building an outdoor play program which would ideally include this caretaker in that initiative as well. Our son is 4. 5/ potty- trained/ hyper-verbal. He needs support with sensory integration and dyspraxia. This job will be mostly outside, and we will be on site. We do not use rewards/ punishments, nor any ABA strategies. Please, no questions/ debate about our approach and caution level- serious inquiries and questions only. Bonus points for COTAs/outdoor play enthusiasts.
