Compassionate person (any gender) to attend community events and provide home care for my joyful 26-year-old son. W uses a wheelchair for mobility, Mic-Key button for meals, is non-verbal, incontinent, has generally well-controlled seizures. You will drive him in our wheelchair van to local events where teachers direct his activities and you provide hands-on assistance. Also go to movies, bowling, museum events, neighborhood walks. etc. You'll also provide prepared meals, diaper changes, and other direct care. Training provided. Preferred candidate: CNA I/II level skills, with current CPR and First Aid Cert. prior experience with special needs, engaging personality, must have clean driving record, no drugs, non-smoker.
