About the job
We are looking for a part-time housekeeper and babysitter for approximately 9 hours per week. Minimum hours needed would be 7:30-9 a.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. But the ideal candidate would be available from 7-10 a.m. on those days. Childcare duties include helping to get three small children up and ready for daycare and school (assisting their mother who would be home during this time) and waiting with the oldest for the bus to pick him up after their mother leaves with the younger two. The position also requires general housekeeping duties when not actively engaged with the children. These include cleaning up the breakfast dishes, unloading the dishwasher, and tidying the house daily after the children leave. It also includes cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, doing the children's laundry, etc.
