Hi! I am looking for someone to provide mostly companion care. I am looking for four hours, two days a week preferably Tuesday and Friday from 11-3. I am 48-years old and living with ALS. I am confined to a power wheelchair but still do standing pivot transfers. Duties may include helping with lunch, light housework, transportation in my vehicle, going for walks, and challenging me mentally. I have other caregivers every morning and night. Ideally you would be able to be an emergency backup for those times which include multiple transfers, bathroom activities, and getting dressed. I am setting up a third party to handle payroll and tax withholding and reporting. I would prefer to pay through this once set up.
