Part-Time Special Needs Caregiver.

Looking for a part-time caregiver for my young adult (20 yo) son with Autism, Developmental Delay and Speech Delay. We need assistance for at least 3 days/week of 3-4 hours each year-round. Schedule is flexible and can be discussed, however consistency is critical. I am opened to seasonal summer only. The role is more of a social companion. Person must be patient and be familiar or willing to learn about visual and learners (use of visual aid, narration, affirmative statements, etc.).
