About the job
Our kiddo is super sweet and an incredible joy to be around. He has special needs that we will fully discuss with any caretaker to ensure they are comfortable with the routine. We also train our caregivers and have a clear care plan to follow. We are looking for a caregiver with patience, attention to detail, dependability, and kindness. A college degree is definitely not necessary but may be helpful if the degree is health related. We are looking for care mainly in getting him off the bus until our work day is done (3:30 p.m. - usually 6 p.m. though summer hours may vary) but there could be availability of morning hours to get him on the bus, and any full days when he doesn't have school. For the summer, full days will be 7:30 am- 4:30 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays. We use Payroll with direct deposit, paid on a weekly basis
