Provides support services for a 17-year-old young man with severe Autism who is cognitively impaired and non-verbal under the direction of the Guardian/Mother; to promote self-sufficiency, community inclusion, independence, productivity, and achievement of goals outlined in the Person's Plan of Service. 1. Assists with activities and goals outlined in the Person's Plan of Service, including but not limited to: a. Administering medication b. Leisure choice and participation in regular community c. Safety monitoring
