About the job
Hi! Looking for a kind, patient, empathic person to spend time with my soon to be 16yr old brother. He is non verbal and autistic. Prior experience with individuals with ASD preferred. He loves people, long walks, and videos. He communicates mainly through his iPad but also tries to use his voice as much as he can. My parents are in their 60s and could use some help after school. They would be home most of the time so any major issues or challenges would be resolved quickly. For anyone interested, happy to provide more details and answer any questions you may have. My brother is a sweet boy who could use some additional care and companionship. We love him so much and looking for someone who will come to appreciate him and value his special gifts as we all do.
