Looking for a PCA for a 28-year-old young man in Sudbury with special needs, developmental delay and mobility challenges who increasingly needs a two person assist. He is 5-7" and ~140lbs. Parents and current care team could use assistance in the form of having two people present as much as possible to help with transfers, engagement and daily living activities for safety reasons and to prevent falls. Ideal part time job for someone who has an interest in nursing, healthcare or therapies, with lots of opportunity to learn and gain experience from our caregiving team. Very flexible with hours - strong preference for someone with experience working with individuals with special needs. Pleasant home and working environment. Pay rate is currently 19. 50/hour and may be flexible based on experience. Weekly hours available TBD.
