31-year-old female with Spinal Muscular Atrophy seeking a part-time PCA provider with at least 2 years of experience. I have a neuromuscular disease and have been wheelchair bound for 16 years. My care concerns are: Mobility Assistance, Hoyer Lift Transfers, Toileting, Grooming, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Heavy Lifting, Meal, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Some light tidying up is involved. Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to learn how to operate a wheelchair accessible van. Must be able to lift 25+ pounds. Must be willing to supply references and submit a background check. Looking for a skilled, enthusiastic, compassionate, and patient individual with great energy to work with.
