Job Description: Support a young adult with mild autism in accessing community resources, social opportunities, and day-to-day activities that promote independence and social engagement. Duties & Responsibility: Facilitate transportation, companionship, and guidance to help the individual participate in hobbies. Complete errands, and develop confidence in navigating daily tasks and social settings. Build a long-term, and trusting relationship to foster engagement and growth over time. Skills, competencies/ Characteristics Desired: Have strong clear English communication skills. Build trust and rapport with client and engage in client's interests. Transport client to social activities, clubs and, other community events. Assist with errands. Flexible weekly schedule Requirements: Valid U. S. work authorization Reliable transportation.
