Very Rewarding Position: Are you patient, kind and fun and want to make an impact on a 24 yr old man with nonverbal autism? He's a sweet young man who is 5yr old scattered skills and community & technology higher in skill level. Building trust with someone then a relationship where he feels safe and secure with you. He needs to to continue working on self-help, life-skills and community skills. Providing a meaningful day to further his independence in all aspects of life, communication and self-advocacy. I will be on the premise doing chores, bookwork and outside home appts. He has a life coach on the weekends already. Paid training is provided. Must be dependable and reliable - longer term position. No vacation or holiday pay. Tues., Wed, and Thurs. 12-4 p.m. Possible Friday shift too in the future. Look forward to hearing from you.
