Seeking Reliable And Patient Caregiver For Young Adult Son With Autism

We are seeking a structured, prompt, and patient caregiver to support our 20-year-old son, who has autism. He is able to express his needs in a few words, is ambulatory, and is routine driven. He is a friendly and motivated young man who thrives on consistency and encouragement. He requires prompting and support in self-regulation, appropriate sensory seeking behaviors, and personal space boundaries. He benefits most from a structured routine with clear expectations. He enjoys music, puzzles, word searches, and watching DVDs. During the school year, our son needs support at home before and after school. During the summer the hours may vary. We look forward to meeting a supportive caregiver who will be a dynamic presence in our son's life.
