Seeking a part-time caregiver for adult family member with Mobility Challenges, Cerebral Palsy, Food Allergies, Seizure Disorder in Decatur. Requirements are someone who is caring, clean, patient, reliable and has compassion to care for someone who is total care. Someone with experience lifting to and from bed to wheelchair and knows how to position a person with Cerebral Palsy in the bed and in a wheelchair. A person who is trustworthy, responsible, listen wells, willing to learn and take directions. Knows how to administer meds, take vitals and empty a catheter. Familiar with breathing machine, vest machine and oxygen tank. Someone who is flexible and willing to come on different days/hours due to dr.'s appts. (occasionally). and some Saturdays. The person would start off as a respite care worker providing occasional relief.
