Part Time/on Call Aides For Weekends And Holidays

Looking for "on call" aides for my adult (21 years), 4th year student. Not full time at this point. Looking for aides that can work primary weekends but may also have some weekly availability. Weekends and holiday coverage is the primary need. Would also be interested in aides open to being "on call" overnight as needed. All "on call" hours are paid, unless the aide is not available if needed. Very flexible hours/scheduling. Student is a highly intelligent student with mobility issues. Tasks may include assisting with transfers to/from bed, light rest room assistance, dressing, meal prep, light cleaning. Patient is able to give clear directions and ask for needed assistance. Patience, a willing heart, timeliness is important.
