About the job
We are looking for a part-time caregiver for my adult son with special needs. He has Cerebral Palsy, is non-verbal, needs assistance with toileting and feeding. He is a very happy young man. He does have Cognitive Disabilities Epilepsy and has a G-tube. We are looking for every Wed and every other Sat. Ideal match will meet the requirements below. We are looking for a caring, responsible, and punctual applicant. We are looking for someone that would help with shower time from time to time. The schedule listed can be flexible. My requirement is you must be familiar with seizure protocols, transfers, and caring for special needs individuals. experience is a plus but not a requirement. You must be first aid and CPR trained. I am not only looking for a caregiver but someone we can call a friend.
